Following a trail that leads from a safe in one of Saddam's palaces to a house near San Diego, to a P.O. box in the Bahamas, the authors discover just how little anyone cared about how the money was handled.

I don't understand why these are just rumors. There are plenty of articles about missing money. There is virtually no oversight with this war and the funds. Hell billions have been known to simply disappear.

Sources mate. Not credible sources mentioned. Besides, civil service is about documentation, billions cannot just go missing undocumented, they may have to write it off or something, the least.
