first, you take a picture of yourself. then you get it onto your computer from software that helps you do that. then you go to a free picture hosting site like imagehosting4free.com . then you get a link to the picture from that image hosting site. you then copy and paste the link text into the response box where you normally type a response. and after you paste the link text, highlight the link text, and click the 'img' button above with the formatting stuff.


that will get you what you need. usually the pic from the cam will be the right format to use on the image hosting site. if you have any questions, pm me or reply here, and ill continue to help 8)
