North Korea preparing for underground nuclear test
Quote:
According to Reuters North Korea may be preparing for an underground nuclear test. US Intelligence have been quoted as saying they have observed suspicious vehicle movement at a suspected nuclear site
North Korea, though, believed to have enough nuclear material to build as many as a dozen nuclear bombs, has never tested one. A successful test would remove any doubt that North Korea is a nuclear power.

Re: North Korea preparing for underground nuclear test
Once doubt is removed, it only proves North Korea to be a small, insignificant nuclear-power compared to the US and many others. No fuss should be raised over other people learning to acquire the technology necessary to defend themselves from an oppressive force such as the US. Until the US destroys its own arsenal, the world has a guaranteed arms race leading constantly to life-threatening nuclear weapons arsenals which will always continue to resurface no matter what kind of war(whether "cold" OR "on-terror") would seek to brutalize it into hiding.

Agreed! I feel the same for Iranians, why are they to be forced to live in the Dark ages. If that's their true agenda that is... ~Inkster

Re: North Korea preparing for underground nuclear test
If we and our allies can have them, why can't anyone else? We have proven their destructive worth AND built the first. We are supposively protecting ourselves and the rest of the world against "rogue" nations from having the nuke, but we are still the only ones that have used it. Should they not be taken away from us? We obviously have shown that aggressive nature that we condemn all the new nuke countries have been accused of having.

Yeah, why shouldn't Iran have nukes? Then they can nuke Israel, and that would make y'all happy, huh? With any luck, they'll even nuke us. Then the eeeeeeevil America and the eeeeeeevil Jooooooooz will be gone and it'll be a perfect world at last.

Yes, they should be taken away from us. Maybe we should give them to the Muslim countries in an act of goodwill. These damn cowboys and yahoos over here in America are just a bunch of bullies and can't be trusted with the BIG toys. I know our moose-limb friends can be trusted though, plus it'll make life a little more interesting if everyone has the same weapons. After all, we want to be fair and sensitive, and we don't want to discriminate.

Re: North Korea preparing for underground nuclear test
Keeps jumping to nukes and completely disreguards the energy side so he can insult and make himself look worse with his hate loving idealism.
"Maybe we should give them to a Muslim country". Oh yeah! That's EXACTLY what I said. Now I know how you felt when I didn't read your post correctly
