Default Will Israel strike Iran?

Ehud Olmert, like George W. Bush, is trying hard to make it seem that nothing has changed, and that the international diplomatic coalition against Sedo - Park, Buy and Sell Domain Names and Websites is still intact. "The state of Israel is not the main flag-bearer against the quirks of the regime in Tehran," the Israeli prime minister declared testily last week, after officials in his own government seemed to suggest that Israel had been left on its own by Washington. Olmert said that the recent U.S. National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) on Iran--which stunned leaders around the world by concluding, after years of bellicose rhetoric from Bush officials about Iran's nuclear ambitions, that Tehran had halted its weapons program in 2003--has "generated an exaggerated debate" in Israel. "Some of us even interpreted the report as an American retreat from its support of Israel," Olmert said. "This is groundless … I trust and am confident that the United States will continue to lead the international campaign to stop the development of a nuclear Iran."

Hopefully China & Russia will help stave off these pack of dogs in office.

Way to really analyse the situation there chief. How about vice versa? I am sure your tune would be different.

According to Anas ibn Malik, when God's Messenger said, 'Help your brother, irrespective of whether he is the
oppressor or the oppressed,' a man said, 'O Messenger of God, I can help the
oppressed, but how can I help the oppressor?' The Prophet replied, 'Stop him from committing an act of oppression. That in itself is a form of help.'

It's for precisely those reasons that Israel will not preemptively strike Iran.

Defensor quote regarding Jews ~
"By their own actions, the Jews have cursed themselves to forever wander the earth in shame until they repent and convert from the evil Talmudic religion."

Defensor quote regarding illegal immigrants ~
"I have no problem with defensively shooting the illegal alien invasion force though."

When it comes to intelligence, pre-emptory strikes, covert ops, and such the Israeliis don't need help from us. They are the best. Unlike Bungling Bush, if they attack it's always because they are certain of thier facts first. Why do you think Syria didn't make a peep when Isreal attacked them by air 6 months ago. And the Iraqii reactor complex during the Clinton Adminstration. They do things cleanly, and they NEVER do anything they'll get caught at without it being something the UN would have to back them up on.

Isreal has 200-300 nukes, If Iran ever thought they could manufacture or import a missile and throw a warhead on it without Mosad knowing, it could be a big mistake for Iran to even try

There is a long list of UN resolutions Israel has violated.

According to Anas ibn Malik, when God's Messenger said, 'Help your brother, irrespective of whether he is the

Default Re: Will Israel strike Iran?

Doubt it. Israel isn't really threatened by Iran right now. Military dominance in the Middle-East is pretty firmly established in favor of Israel. I mean, why do you think everyone has resorted to suicide bombings?
Also, considering Iran's position in the global oil trade (especially it's importance to China) I don't think anyone would be fool hardy enough to outright attack Iran. Especially not Israel.

If life were perfect, what would be the point in living?
