Default Ron Paul's New Book

The Revolution: A Manifesto

There is an excerpt in the link..

Amazon Online Reader : The Revolution: A Manifesto

"Cowardice asks the question, 'Is it safe?' Expediency asks the question, 'Is it
politic?' Vanity asks the question, 'Is it popular?' But, conscience asks the question, 'Is it right?'
And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular, but one must take it because one's conscience tells one that it is right." - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Default Re: Ron Paul's New Book

Contrary to Paul's claim that he wrote the book, he didn't. Paul used a ghostwriter.

Quote:
But although the congressman from Texas has repeatedly called the book his own work, it was largely written by an unacknowledged ghostwriter, and it is unclear how much Paul contributed to the final product.
Late last year, Tom Woods, a longtime Paul supporter and libertarian scholar who will be speaking at the counterconvention, sent out copies of the manuscript and indicated that he had written the manifesto on Paul's behalf, according to copies of a letter from Woods and an original manuscript obtained by The Washington Post.

"By their own actions, the Jews have cursed themselves to forever wander the earth in shame until they repent and convert from the evil Talmudic religion."

Defensor quote regarding illegal immigrants ~
"I have no problem with defensively shooting the illegal alien invasion force though."

It's still Paul's book. Most politicians do provide the ideas which are put into writing by professional writers. From JFK and Barry Goldwater to Clinton and McCain, its standard procedure to ensure quality writing. Maybe if Obama had done so, his books wouldn't sound like they were written by a third-grader...

Why vote for the lesser of two evils when you can go all in?
