Are Taxes Legal?
ABC News: Actor Snipes gets 3 years, apologizes for `costly mistakes'
Read the above and then tell me this: Wesley Snipes argued that the US doesn't have the right to collect taxes. I also heard this from a co-worker or mine. Is this true? If it's not, then where is the law that says that it is legal and when was that law passed?

Yeah, he was so sure he was right that he didn't want to face the trial and gave checks to the government. ^^
