Aww, I had a rot named Molly. Best dog we ever had. My ex husband brought her home for Christmas when she was 8 weeks old. He even tied a huge Red ribbon around her. I finally had to put her to sleep two years ago. I cried so much, but she was in a lot of pain because her hind end had given out. At the end I was carrying her (at around 90 pounds) up and down a flight of stairs so she could go potty. She was the true matriarch of our family. She raised a litter a pigs and two litters of kittens, along with her own litter of pups (my dog Socksy is her pup)
Ill miss that dog to my dying day.
I live on a fair amount of property (20 acres) and we have an old access road which people want to walk on. One day some french guy decided to hike down the road, and literally Molly
treed him. Ive never seen anything so funny as this guy hangin on for dear life on a pole. Thing was, she was very protective but never bit. Just her on her honches barking was enough to let anyone know, she meant business.
