I wholeheartedly disagree.
Mexico is corrupt, and there is no disputing that now matter what side of the aisle you are on.
However, here is the problem with the Meican economy.
Land use Natural resources: petroleum, silver, copper, gold, lead, zinc, natural gas, timber : 12.66%
permanent crops: 1.28%
other: 86.06% (2005)
