Re: Greetings!
This fourm seems a little slow, but at least I do not seem to be facing that many glitches with it.

Wow! A Commie who likes NASCAR! You must be nearly as odd as me. Welkommen anyway!
I am not a Communist, but we probably share certain social values. But I don't know enough about NASCAR to say anything constructive about it, (other than it looks really, but really, bor-ringgg. ) Now F1, there's a real man's motor sport.

Well, I've noticed that more and more IRL drivers are making their way into the sport and they can't seem to cut it. Whereas I've seen NASCAR drivers do well in the IRL.
I read that Kyle Busch is planning on racing F1 sometime in the future.

You will have to make allowance for me as I'm a 'furriner' (I'm a Brit), so I don't know what IRL is.
But I have noticed that a number of drivers from American formulae have not been able to make a successful transition to F1. Whereas F1 drivers seem to be able to jump straight into Champ Cars, etc. and excel straight away. I think that is because F1 is so demanding that most other formulae are 'easy-peasy' by comparison.
I dunno, what do you think?

IRL stands for Indy Racing League, it seems to be similiar to that of F1.

I don't see as much close racing with F1 cars, that you do with "stock cars". Plus, with stock cars, you can beat the crap out of them which makes for exciting races.
