What's funny is how the Japanese were betting on the nazis to win. ha ha. That's what made pearl harbor so sinister. They attacked when america was at a "weak" point,,,,,,,, or so they thought.

Yeah but how long would it have lasted? They were banking on us not caring enough to reclaim our 'posessions' in the pacific, which either way we weren't going to do.
If they had decimated the whole fleet, the war no doubt would have taken a much different course with greater difficulty, some limited attacks on the west coast may have even occured. Eventually they were done for, they weren't big enough to hold onto the pacific ocean, south east Asia, and they probably would have taken Australia, too. |

That was a major japanese fuck up, yes.
Even if the japanese would have destroyed every U.S. warship, they would have lost eventually. All it took was the a-bomb. Even without the bomb, we would have defeated them.

poor you... but that means that you will have added days to your lifespan because of how addictive civ 4 is.
