Duncan, Parker and Genobolli are just too good even tired.
I agree with everything you said, but I think you are forgetting about Kobe Bryant. He's as good as Parker and Genoboli combined. You'll always have him there to score the extra ten or fifteen points to put his team over the top in the forth quarter.

I think it comes down to who's the better coach.

Popovich or Jackson?

Jackson's quick insight wreaks of basketball wisdom while Popovich has been crucial in masterminding excellent defense and offense for SA.

I predict SA to into the finals.

Many people would sooner die than think; In fact, they do so.

I think its always a bad idea to bet against the Spurs, but let's look at the numbers. Kobe is 1st in avg pts and 5th in assists. (the assist numbers are HUGE!). Fisher is first in steals. Gasol is 4th in Field Goal percentage and blocks. Certainly the Lakers have struggled at times on defense, but in basketball, a good fourth quarter offensive beats a good fourth quarter defense. If the Spurts can't stop Kobe in the 4th quarter, they won't be able to win a best of 7 series. Kobe scored 25 points in the second half against the Spurts and that doesn't bode well for them.

The
Spurs took a spanking!! Genobolli has gimping big time yesterday. He is really hurt bad you can tell. The Spurs just do not have the depth. Anyway now onto San Antonio. Lets see how the Lakers like being on the road now.

They'll probably win the next game as well. Pretty much, picking the home team is a sure thing this year.

Yeah, playing home has it's advantages.

"The world is my country, all mankind are my brethren, and to do good is my religion."
Thomas Paine

"When you give food to the poor, they call you a saint. When you ask why the poor have no food, they call you a communist."
Archbishop Helder Camara
