They do resemble each other. And, as I recall, Mikeyyyyyyyyyyy looks a little bit like Billy Connolly.

haha, I never made that connection as most of the images of Billy are with white hair. I was born in 76 mind you, hehe so it probably wasn't until the late 80s before I cared who he was. I totally forgot that guy, my dad had some videos with him on it.
