In some jobs getting your name out there is essential to increase visibility and even boost sales.
In other jobs, oh ... say ... law enforcement... getting your name out there on a website full of people constantly calling for the overthrow of their own and foreign governments and getting revenge on "the man" would be.... inadvisable.
you know my first name already. I changed two letters in my last name. My full name is something close to the 100th most common man's name in America. Wierd refers to the fact that I have never held a job where I knew there were two John Smiths or two James Jones but at three job sites one with 25 employees pay checks have gone to the wrong William White including one really nice one.
