The short Version: I'm originally from Tampa, Florida. I had worked for 8 years at Disney World when I decided that I wanted to try something really different while i was still young enough. So here I am. most of the time, I have thought it a good choice.

The "Usirim" refers to the adherents of what, for lack of a better term, is called a perception system, or way of looking at Creation. Usir simply refers to "the Will of God," to which all things must eventually conform. So the Usirim basically attempt to serve that Will, perceive It, and Study It, and in a pinch, Accept It.

By the way, the character set is limited in these windows, it wouldn't be pronounced "OO-sur," It would be "OO-seer."
